This impressive, 1755 printing is more notable than most Luther Bibles. This edition includes 128 separate copper engravings of Bible scenes and characters; illustrations not found in other Luther Bibles.

This edition was edited by Georg Samuel Esenbeck and printed in the town of Onolzbach, Germany; a town not well-known as a major printing hub in the 18^th-century.
