Antiquitatum Iudaicarum – Works of Flavius Josephus – 1540 | Froben Folio

Flavius Josephus’s Antiquitatum iudaicarum libri XX is a rare 1540 printing of the works of Josephus. Printed in Basel by the famed Froben Press, this folio includes his four known works Antiquities of the Jews, The Jewish War, Against Apion, and Of the Maccabees. The Froben name was well established in Basel as one of the premier print houses in all of Europe because of the printing standards and iconic literature.
