1. Valerii Flacci Argonauticon libri octo by Gaius Valerius Flaccus is a 1532 printing of a 3^rd-century BC epic account of the mythological story of Jason and the Argonauts. Flaccus, a 1^st-century poet wrote his version of Argonautica where he adapts the Hellenistic tale of the Golden Fleece into Latin. This edition was collected and edited by Philippo Engentino.

Condition:

Leather binding with wear and rubbing, showing cracking to the hinge base. The text block is secure, the leaves are complete, and the title page device is intact. Overall a Good example with stable structure despite external wear.
