This work features fine, oblong illustrated leaves showing alphabets in colors and styles of alphabets such as German, old English, Saxon, Greek, Hebrew, Tuscan, Riband, Gothic, Arabesque, and several other Anglo-Saxon designs. It maintained its popularity even into the 21^th-century with printings editions since its first edition in 1858.
