Richard Meggot was a rather unknown 17^th-century English preacher who served at Winchester Cathedral for most of his liturgical career. Perhaps his most noteworthy sermon came in July of 1689 when he preached a sermon before Queen Mary II and King William III. This sermon, along with nine others, are included in this 1696 first edition printing of the sermons of Meggot.
