Dionigi was a 17^th-century Capuchin monk from Geneva, of whom little is known. However, his book ‘Bibliotheca Scriptorum Ordinis Minorum’ proved to be an important history of minor writers and monks of the Franciscan Order. Dionigi describes the lives of more than 750 monks and preachers of the Franciscan Order, most of which are from the 17^th-century.
