First published in 1685, this book, an enormous folio, contains descriptions of wars and diplomatic events involving the Netherlands and other European countries between the years 1669 and 1679 with much information on the effects and influence of the Dutch East India Company and Dutch trade throughout the world. It also focuses on the battles fought during the Third Anglo-Dutch War and the Franco-Dutch War.
