Collected by Johannes Baptista Chyristn, this third part includes a wide range of topics including decrees, regulations, and charters such as orders on beer and wine, gold and silversmith regulations, painters guild instruction, and privileges afforded to Louvain University. Interestingly, this work includes sections written in Dutch, French, and Spanish.
