Image Gallery Description & Details

In My Sermon-Notes, Charles H. Spurgeon selects sermon outlines from among those he preached at the Metropolitan Tabernacle and organizes them by Biblical book, beginning with Genesis and ending with Proverbs. Spurgeon stated that the purpose of the work was to aid sermon study and planning, especially for lay-preachers who often had limited time to prepare their sermons and desired guidance in selecting a topic based upon particular passages of Scripture. This 1884 first edition contains 64 sermon outlines covering Genesis through Proverbs and opens with a short introduction from Spurgeon.
