Image Gallery Description & Details

Pensées by Blaise Pascal is one of the most influential theological works of the 17th-century. It was written as a defense of Christianity and helped lay the groundwork for modern Christian apologetics such as Tim Keller, who called Pensées, “one of the most famous Christian books in history”. This 1687 edition is notable for including not only Pensées but also Nicolas Chaise’s “Discours on Pensees of M. Pascal”, bound together in one book.
