Percy Bysshe Shelley was a 19^th-century English poet who is, unfortunately, best-known through the fame gained by his wife Mary Shelley, author of ‘Frankenstein’. Mary Shelley edited his poetical works, which was first published in 1839, and included copious notes. According to St. Clair,
