Biblia – Christophorus Plantinus – 1567 | Hentenius Louvain Latin Translation

Biblia, ad vetustissima exemplaria castigata was printed in Antwerp in 1567 by Christopher Plantin; a rare Latin Bible which follows the Louvain translation by Johann Hentenius. Plantin first issued a Louvain edition in 1559, yet many editions were printed the years following. It includes both the Old and New Testament as well as apocryphal books such as Baruch and Maccabees.
