What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will offer a full refund without reservation. If you paid with store credit, the used amount is re-credited to your wallet after inspection. Credits cannot be refunded as cash. Any restocking fee is deducted before re-credit.

Do you offer a membership?
Yes. Members receive a 10% discount on eligible list-price items and can pay with banked store credit on the same order. Discount is applied first, then credit to the discounted merchandise subtotal. Store credit is not cash, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. We may update eligibility and Protected highlights to maintain program sustainability.

Does the 10% apply to the book I want?
If it is an in-stock, list-price item that we own, yes. Already reduced items, and Protected highlights are not eligible.

Can I stack my credit with the 10%
Yes. We apply the 10% discount first, then your store credit to the discounted subtotal.

Will all of my credit be used?
Yes. Credit is used in full unless it exceeds the merchandise subtotal, in which case the remainder stays in your wallet.

Can I use credit for tax or shipping?
No. Credit applies to merchandise only.

What are your shipping costs?

Very fast, very safe, and completely free shipping worldwide!

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal.
Checks can be mailed to the address below and we are happy to provide you with our banking details if you’d like to make an international bank transfer IBAN/SWIFT
