One of his books was ‘Caravan Journeys and Wanderings’, a book which describes customs, cultures, and geographical sites in Persia, Afghanistan, Turkistan, and parts of Russia and India. It should be noted that this first edition contains an impressive folding map of the Middle East at the back.
