This 1646 printing of Palladio was published within a printing of Firolamo Francini’s “Merveilles de la Ville de Rome” – a treatise on the wonders of Roman cathedrals, buildings, palaces, and famous ruins.

This small treatise, with both titles included, contains numerous, impressive woodcut engravings illustrating some of the most iconic Roman locations including the Colosseum, Castel Sant’Angelo, Theatre of Marcellus, the Spanish Steps, and many more!
