It focuses on first-hand account of Julius Caesar in the Callic wars, but it was written as though from a third-person view.

 

This 1558 edition was published in Lyon by Antonio Vincent. It includes additional notes and commentary by Giovanni Giocondo and Alexandre Celarier.
